Construction runs deep in our family. Lauren grew up immersed in entrepreneurship and real estate—her mother and grandmother were realtors, her step-grandfather was a custom home builder, and her grandfather worked in roofing. From an early age, she learned how quality construction, attention to detail, and client relationships directly impact long-term value.

Hunter brings over 20 years of general construction experience, having worked across multiple trades and project types for other companies before deciding it was time to build something of his own. His father worked in tape and bead, and his step-father founded and scaled a multi-million-dollar general contracting company, instilling a deep respect for craftsmanship, systems, and accountability.

Lauren complements the field expertise with over 10 years managing multimillion-dollar commercial real estate portfolios, overseeing budgets, schedules, vendors, and complex projects where precision and follow-through matter.

Together, we combine old-school craftsmanship with modern project management, ensuring every pool is built with intention, transparency, and care—from the first design meeting to the final walkthrough.
